New Nobunaga's Ambition Game Coming To PS3 And PC This Year

Nobunaga's Ambition is one of Tecmo Koei's oldest series, which goes all the way back to a PC release in 1983. That's right the series is 30 years old and Nobunaga is planning to conquer PS3 and PC again with Nobunaga's Ambition: Creation.

Nobunaga's Ambition: Creation will have players create a new era during various historical periods of Japan. The three keywords for development are reality, dynamic, and dramatic. The graphics will be more realistic with full 3D map and over 300 different castles, the largest amount in the series.

Fantasy Life rsquo;s Major Update To Release With A New Packaged Version In July

We recently reported that Fantasy Life shipped around 300,000 units according to Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino. Things are about to get livelier in the world of Fantasy Life, as a release date for their upcoming large content update has been revealed.

According to the latest issue of Famtisu, the major content update that will bring online play, a new level cap and many new quests, which is said to greatly enhance the lifestyle of Fantasy Life, will be coming out on July 25th.

Level 5 will also be releasing a new, fully-packaged version of the game with the new update included, called Fantasy Life: Link for 4,980 yen ($50), while the downloadable version of the update will cost 2,000 yen ($20) on the Nintendo eShop.

While there hasn’t been a formal announcement for Fantasy Life in North America or Europe, the game has recently had a trademark filed for both regions.

Resogun For PS4 And Assassin's Creed III For PS3 Will Be PlayStation Plus Titles

At launch, PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to download Resogun from Housemarque and DriveClub PS Plus Edition for PlayStation 4.

Assassin's Creed III will be released as a PlayStation Plus title for PS3 in Europe.

Pikmin 3 To Have Four Different Control Schemes

Pikmin 3 will feature a number control schemes, Nintendo announced via a Nintendo Direct presentation this morning. These are:

Wii U GamePad in conjunction with TVWii Remote Plus and NunchukWii U GamePad for off-TV playWii Remote Plus and Nunchuck w/ GamePad

In that last mode, the Wii U GamePad will act as a second screen in addition to your TV.

New to the game are three new playable characters—Alph, Brittany and Charlie, who recruit the Pikmin creatures to help them gather fruit. Returning with the seeds of this fruit will help save their home planet, Koppai.

You’ll be able to divide tasks up between the three characters and explore separate areas of the same map using different groups of Pikmin.

Pikmin 3 will be released on August 4th in North America and July 26th in Europe.

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix Also Has A Dynamic PS3 Theme As A Pre-Order Bonus

A dynamic PS3 theme was a bonus for purchasing Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix at launch at select Japanese retailers. Square Enix USA announced the same item for North America, you can get a Kingdom Hearts dynamic theme as a bonus for pre-ordering Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix.

The theme is on top of the Kingdom Hearts art book which was announced along with the game's September 10 release date in North America.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All Star Battle Has DLC Fighters Like Shigekiyo Aka quot;Fatty quot;

Most of CyberConnect2's fighting games don't have downloadable characters. That's going to change when Sage Mode Kabuto is added to Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst comes out in October.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle will also have DLC fighters. Jump says Shigekiyo Yangu aka Fatty from Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable will be released as DLC. Namco Bandai will also release customization parts on August 29, the same day the game launches in Japan.

Disgaea 4 Return Headed To Vita, Along With Criminal Girls

Nippon Ichi Software announced two PlayStation Vita games at a 20th anniversary event this weekend—Disgaea 4: Return and Criminal Girls Invitation.

Disgaea 4: Return sounds like a Vita port of Disgaea 4 and is planned for release in January 2014. Meanwhile, we aren’t sure if Criminal Girls Invitation (tentative title) is a port game or not, but that game is slated for release this winter.

Finally, NIS also announced an Asagi 10th anniversary project, which is currently in its planning stages. No platform or other information has been confirmed for this game yet.
